- Platforms: Cellular and M2M modems
Solution:
Sasken has been associated with the customer for 15+ years with over 30 projects delivered in North America, Europe, and APAC. In this particular engagement, Sasken was involved in:
- Full sustenance and customer engineering ownership of Protocol stack modules, RF driver modules & firmware modules
- AS, NAS, L1, UTA
- 2G/3G/4G & CDMA
- Screening and Bug Fixing for all generation platforms
- New product development and feature enhancements
Impact:
- Successfully delivered many projects in ownership mode and put together a 24x7 support team in order to help the customer meet the OEM’s aggressive timelines.
- As a result of the above and based on the performance of various prior engagements, the customer made Sasken their ‘Preferred Supplier’.
