Sasken has been recognized at the prestigious PMI South Asia Chapter 2024 Awards, securing the Runner-up position in the "Community" category. This recognition highlights the excellence in project management practices in CSR initiatives and best-in-class execution.
Thanks to our CSR partner (Vittala Ophthalmology) for their outstanding contribution in raising the bar for project management excellence. A special spotlight shines on our ongoing "Nayana: A Vision of Hope!" initiative, spearheaded in collaboration with Vittala Institute of Ophthalmology.
This initiative focuses on providing critical ophthalmic care to rural and underprivileged communities across Karnataka through a mobile ophthalmology clinic. Operating for 23 days each month, the clinic addresses Diabetic Retinopathy in remote areas, where access to medical services is limited.
From April 2023 to April 2024, the project has made significant strides, providing nearly 4,900 eye screenings, delivering 1,127 laser treatments, performing 169 surgeries, and administering 39 Anti-VegF injections. These efforts have brought renewed hope and better vision to countless individuals in need.
