Having done her MBA in HR, Moumita comes with over two decades of experience working in strategic HR roles for numerous organizations involved in e-commerce, software product and services. She has successfully delivered business impact through people, process, policy, and technology in a practical, incremental manner. She has a wide range of expertise in talent acquisition, learning and development, HR business partnerships, change management in mergers and acquisitions and organization development. Through Strategy & Execution, Influencing Across Levels, Technology Leverage, Accelerated Learning, and Data-backed Decisions, she has empowered executives to seek personal and performance transformation.
Moumita holds a HR Process Patent from the United States and was named by the Economic Times as one of the top 40 HR Professionals in the country under the age of forty. She has also been recognized as one of the Top 20 Talent Transformation Leaders at L&D Vision and Innovation Summit 2023.
